NØKKEN draws its name from the ancient Norse water spirit — a shapeshifting entity dwelling in still black waters, luring the unsuspecting to the depths with irresistible music.

Formed in Malmö, Sweden in 2026, the producer Nøkken combine processed field recordings from Nordic coastlines with Rock, hypnotic techno structures. The result is music that pulls you under.

Their live performances are immersive rituals — fog machines, projections of submerged landscapes, and a sound system calibrated to resonate in your chest cavity. There is no encore. There is only the descent.
